## Other FAQs

1.Why is my attached PDF URL not opening correctly in the WhatsApp messages?

When adding or attaching PDF URLs to Excel sheets, ensure that the URL is a direct link to the PDF file and not a redirecting link. Redirecting URLs will not work.

2\. Why are my placeholders (Name, First Name, Custom) not working correctly in the WhatsApp messages?

To ensure that placeholders such as name, first.name, and custom placeholders function correctly, always use Google Sheets. Avoid using Microsoft Excel, as it has encoding issues with the CSV file format.
