MCP
Peach MCP lets ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, and other MCP-compatible AI clients work with your Peach account.
Depending on your Peach product and permissions, your AI client can search WhatsApp conversations, find contacts, draft and send replies, manage Pipelines, configure Automations, inspect events, and operate AI Agents.
MCP server URL
Use this URL when adding Peach as a custom MCP server or connector:

Before you connect
Make sure you have:
- A Peach account with CoPilot or Peach Core enabled.
- Permission to connect third-party AI clients to the account.
- An MCP-compatible client such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, or another remote HTTP MCP client.
- Access to Peach in the browser when your AI client opens the authorization flow.
Setup
- Open your AI client's connector or MCP settings.
- Add Peach as a custom MCP server.
- Paste the MCP server URL:

- Return to your AI client and refresh the available tools if needed.
- Ask a simple test question:

The exact tool list can vary by Peach product, account feature flags, OAuth scopes, and AI client support. Use this table as a capability map. Your AI client may show fewer tools if a product area is not enabled for your account.

Admin diagnostic tools exist for Peach support and internal operators. They are not part of the standard customer-facing MCP capability set.

- MCP access is scoped to the authenticated Peach account.
- Some tools depend on product capabilities. A CoPilot account and a Peach Core account may expose different tools.
- Free-form WhatsApp replies depend on the WhatsApp customer-service window. Outside that window, WhatsApp may require an approved template.
- MCP cannot approve WhatsApp templates. Meta controls template approval.
- MCP cannot mint API tokens or enumerate every internal team setting. When a value is unavailable through MCP, use the Peach UI or ask an account admin.
- Automations usually need both an action stream and a trigger. Creating an automation definition alone does not mean it will run.
- Some clients need you to reconnect Peach or refresh their tool list after new tools are added.
Troubleshooting
