Will Peach CoPilot disconnect my WhatsApp app?
No. Peach CoPilot is designed to preserve your existing WhatsApp Business mobile app.
With CoPilot, your number remains usable in the WhatsApp Business app on your phone. You can continue using WhatsApp Web, WhatsApp Desktop, existing chats, labels, and groups.
Why Meta sometimes shows scary wording
During setup, Meta may show language about connecting, unlinking, platforms, phone numbers, or business accounts. This can sound like your WhatsApp app will be deleted or moved.
For Peach CoPilot, the goal is WhatsApp Coexistence: your mobile app stays active while Peach receives an official business-platform connection.
Do not delete your WhatsApp account. Do not uninstall WhatsApp Business. Do not deregister the number from your phone unless Peach support has specifically told you that you are migrating to Peach Core.
CoPilot is different from Peach Core

What CoPilot can access
After you connect, Peach can access the WhatsApp Business data allowed by Meta and by your setup choices. This may include contacts, new messages, and historical messages if you approve history sharing.
You can keep using your phone normally. Replies sent through ChatGPT or Claude appear as WhatsApp Business messages from your business number.
When to contact support first
Contact Peach support before continuing if:
- Meta asks you to delete your WhatsApp account.
- Meta only offers Enter a new phone number.
- Your number shows as Ineligible.
- You previously connected the number to another provider such as Wati, Twilio, ManyChat, Interakt, Zendesk, or another AI tool.
- You are considering moving from CoPilot to Peach Core.
