Use Peach CoPilot with ChatGPT or Claude
Peach CoPilot connects to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and other supported AI clients through MCP. MCP lets your AI client ask Peach for WhatsApp Business context and perform supported actions.

In CoPilot, you can pair or revoke clients from Pair via MCP.

What CoPilot tools can do
Depending on your client, you can ask the AI to:
- Find recent WhatsApp Business messages.
- Search for contacts.
- Summarize customer conversations.
- Draft a reply using recent context.
- Send a reply to an active conversation.
- Create or update contacts.
- Upload and list media available for replies.
- Run scheduled inbox sweeps from your AI client, if that client supports scheduled tasks.

CoPilot and Peach Core expose different tools.
CoPilot focuses on the existing WhatsApp Business app number connected through Coexistence. Some features, such as broadcasts, template campaigns, pipelines, full web inbox workflows, and some automation tools, belong to Peach Core.
If your AI client asks for a Core-only action, Peach may return a message saying that tool requires Peach Core.
Sending messages and the 24-hour window
WhatsApp allows free-form replies only inside the customer service window for a conversation. If a customer has not messaged recently, WhatsApp may require an approved message template instead of a free-form reply.
CoPilot Lite is focused on conversational assistance. For template outreach, webhooks, APIs, and unattended automations while keeping the mobile app active, ask about CoPilot Pro.
Scheduled prompts are scheduled by your AI client, not by Peach. Write each scheduled prompt so it stands alone, such as "every weekday morning, list inbound messages since 6pm yesterday with no reply."
