Do I need to delete my WhatsApp Business app?
No. CoPilot is designed to keep your WhatsApp Business mobile app active.
Do not delete your WhatsApp account, uninstall WhatsApp Business, or deregister your phone number as part of normal CoPilot setup.
Do I need a Facebook account?
Meta's signup flow uses a Facebook login to verify identity and connect business assets. Peach does not post to your Facebook profile.
If you do not already have a Meta business portfolio, Meta can create one during setup.
Do I need admin access to an existing Meta Business account?
Only if you choose an existing Meta Business account that someone else controls. If you do not have access, choose a business account you administer or create a new one during Meta setup.
Can I keep using WhatsApp Web and WhatsApp Desktop?
Yes. CoPilot does not consume a normal linked-device slot, and you can keep using WhatsApp Web and WhatsApp Desktop as usual.
If WhatsApp Web has a separate login issue, refresh linked devices from the WhatsApp Business app and reconnect WhatsApp Web.
Can CoPilot read my old chats?
CoPilot can read historical chats up to 180 days, only when Meta provides them and you approve history sharing during setup. New messages after setup should sync automatically once your number is connected.
Why does ChatGPT say there are no messages?
Your AI client may not be authorized yet, your number may not be fully connected, or historical messages may not have been imported.
Send a new test message to your WhatsApp Business number, wait a minute, and ask ChatGPT to find the latest WhatsApp Business messages.
Can CoPilot send messages?
Yes, CoPilot can help send replies to active conversations through supported AI tools.
WhatsApp policy may require approved templates for business-initiated messages outside the customer service window.
Can CoPilot send broadcasts?
CoPilot Lite is not designed for broadcast campaigns. CoPilot Pro or Teams and Peach Core support broader team and broadcast workflows depending on how you want to operate.

Can I connect multiple numbers?
CoPilot Lite is focused on one WhatsApp Business number. CoPilot Teams is designed for businesses that need multiple Coexistence numbers and shared visibility.
What should I do if Meta says my number is ineligible?
Turn off Auto labels in the WhatsApp Business app, disconnect old platforms under Settings > Account > Business Platform, and retry from desktop Chrome. If it still fails, send Peach support a screenshot of the Meta error.
What is the difference between CoPilot and Core?
CoPilot keeps your WhatsApp Business mobile app active. Core is a Cloud API product for a full web inbox, broadcasts, templates, workflows, and autonomous agents.
